Nancy Mae Nichols, age 60, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Osage Beach Health Care Center in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Nancy was born June 19, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Willard and Thelma (West) Bright.

She was united in marriage to John Nichols on January 4, 1986.

Nancy had worked as a property manager in the lake area for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, boating and scuba diving, and loved spending time with family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her husband John of the home; one daughter, Ann Larson, her husband Jon and their children Jackson and Grace of Lake Ozark, Missouri; one step-daughter, Christi Durran, her husband Ron and their children Dustin and Calvin James of Centralia, Missouri; one step-son, Cliff Nichols, his wife Dawn and their son Josh of Columbia, Missouri; two sisters, Wilma Dee Halford and husband Richard of Overland Park, Kansas and Carolyn Lambert and husband Daniel of Lawrence, Kansas along with several other relatives and friends.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.
