Daniel Enlow

After graduation I attended CMSC (Now CMU) I met and married my wife Patricia at Warrensburg. We have been married for 38 years. How she puts up with me I'll never know..lol.
I worked in the automobile industry for several years. I became involved in the roofing industry for the last fifteen years as a Commerical Roofing Consultant. In fact, I have designed and controlled roof project management on most of the Lee's Summit School District roofs including our old High School. I studied karate beginning in 1972 and have taught and continued that ever since. I joined a Civil War reenactment group Shelby's Missouri 5th Cavalry in 1990 and have fought that war for 18 years all over the country. I now have three horse's and adopted, a wild mustang, from the (BLM) Bureau of Land Management. I trained and now ride him for pleasure. I have been involved in several movies and documentaries since being in the civil war group. I was in "Ride With The Devil" staring "Jewel" (The Singer)- Toby McGuire ("Spiderman") - Jim Caviezel ("Jesus" in "The Passion"). I was in "Outlaws and Lawmen" for the Discovery Channel and "Bad Blood" for the History Channel & KCPT. I was one of twelve men who reprensented the State of Kansas in Bill Clinton's second inauguration parade in Washington, DC. and rode down Pennsylvania Avenue as a member of the Fort Levenworth "Dragoon's" (1848-Mounted Infantry). That was a highlight for me even though I did not vote for him. I really enjoy history and I am one of the Director's of the Lone Jack Civil War Museum. I am also a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for Jackson County and a member of the Jackson County Mounted Search and Rescue Unit. I was a volunteer fireman for Lone Jack for five years but had to give that up I felt I was too old to run with the Big Dogs...lol

If I died tomorrow I feel I have led a full and complete life.

Probably when I got caught skipping school by Mr. Diekmann. I was kicked out of school for three days...
